14 foot long sailing dinghy, in constant production since 1957 (over 6000 produced).  With a six foot width and deep, jibbing centerboard the boats are fun to sail and ideal for racing on Fidalgo Bay.  The 50th Nationals (summer of 2007) had an attendance of 52 boats divided into two classes.  Used boats can be found for very little, about $1500 to $2000, with a new one selling for about $6000.  More people have learned to sail in Lidos on the U.S. West Coast than in any other dinghy.
