Race Entry Forms

Certain races or regattas require pre-registration using the following race entry forms as folllows:

1. Girts Rekevics Memorial Foul Weather Race held on Saturday March 1st, 2008: Entry Form
2. Tulip Regatta held on Saturday April 12 and Sunday April 13, 2008: Entry Form
3. Windermere Regatta held on Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14, 2008: Entry Form  

All other races require the purchase of a race packet and submission of a liability waiver and current PHRF certificate.  If you have not purchased a race packet you will not be scored.
